WHOEVER WOULD BE GREAT AMONG YOU MUST FIRST BECOME YOUR SERVANT (MATT. 20:26).

CHURCH FOR THE NATIONS BELIEVES THAT THE CHURCH EXISTS IN THE LOCAL COMMUNITY TO SERVE IT. WE HAVE A NEARLY 30-YEAR HISTORY OF SERVING THE MEN AND WOMEN OF DOWNTOWN OXNARD, INCLUDING ITS HOMELESS, THOSE IN ADDICTION, VICTIMS OF VIOLENT CRIMES, AND THE YOUTH.

Church For The Nations seeks to serve the unserved in whatever state or condition we find them. Our efforts include providing meals, toiletries, blankets, socks, beanies, and clothing items to those without.

Church For The Nations partners with other local ministries and organizations to  host monthly outreaches for the underserved in our area, as well as yearly events for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Through recovery meetings, counseling and peer-support, Church For The Nations advocates for the spiritual, emotional, and physical healing of those in recovery, as well as families impacted by trauma and addiction.

"For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.... I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!"  (Matthew 25:35-40, NLT)
